Turnout in presidential elections has been declining even as restrictions on voting have been removed. We posit that one reason turnout is declining is the rising number of non-whites in the electorate. In this research, we examine the impact of Latino subgroup differences has on turnout in presidential elections. Debunking the UHL: Panel
Tuesday, March 28th, 2023
03:30 PM - 05:00 PM
Stamford Campus DWTN 253 (Schreiber Reading Room)
The purpose of this event is to address the stigma surrounding the University Honors Laureate award and the apprehension that students have towards UHL requirements. It can be challenging to commit to additional work on top of all that comes with being a college student, but this holistic process can enhance the undergraduate experience; it gives students the ability to expand horizons, showcase their passions, and become leaders in their communities. This event explains these benefits of the UHL award!
